Not only did you have the rod I needed, you had all the "odd ball" items that I couldn't fine anywhere, and in a big selection of finishes. I had already purchased and installed the major bath components and I had a lot of questions about the finishes of the accessories as I wanted them to match. Your staff was happy to go out into the warehouse, pull the item and take it outside into the sun so they could describe it in detail. And when one of my questions required a call to the manufacturer, your staff member called me back within the hour with the answer. Six months later, when I needed to purchase a circulation pump to flush my new tankless water heater, I called Rinnai to get the specification for the proper pump. They had the specs, but could make no recommendation on brand or model. I researched quite a bit on the Internet, but couldn't find one that fit. I (contacted) your staff for help, and they searched your database and found a pump with the proper fittings and GPM.

I have been extremely happy, make that thrilled, with every aspect of my purchases. Two of the items in my initial order shipped direct from the manufacturer so I was prepared for a bit of a delay. All the items arrived before the estimated times, well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm a bit of a nit-picker when it comes to my home, especially the finishing touches. Your staff took the time to make sure I was ordering exactly the right product, and the follow-through was impeccable. Home remodeling is a crazy stressful process and the extra care your staff took is very much appreciated. Ordering on the Internet usually means talking to someone sitting in a cubicle staring at a computer screen. Your staff is genuine, caring people who know what they're doing and treat your purchases as if it were their own. A big thanks to all of them from me. My only regret in tackling a bath remodel by myself is that I spent a whole lot of money and countless hours of frustration with the franchise plumbing places and big box stores before I found you."
