Griffin Flush Pipes
A key stop flush pipe, sometimes called a trickle valve, allows maintenance personnel complete control of urinal water usage. Use for a final flush at the end of the day or simply set the water flow and remove the key for consisent water flow. If turned completely off, a key stop system can help prevent flooding due to vandalism. Whether on or off, this key stop flush pipe system allows water to be easily measured and tracked, and can help prevent unexpected water expenses.
These key stop flush pipes feature:
- Available in a variety of lengths to fit the TU-series urinals offered above
- Includes "trickle flow" setting
- Key stop control so maintenance personnel retain control of the water flow
- Includes pipe, key, and mounting hardware
- The FP-960 ships with two 48" flush pipes and one coupling to install as a 96" flush pipe
Metered Flush Valve
Most urinal flush pipe systems come standard with a trickle valve controlled by a key stop, which works well for most installations. However, if you need a self-closing valve, whether to satisfy your local municipality's requirements or for water efficiency, this metered flush valve will replace most key stop urinal flush pipe valves quickly and easily. Simply remove the key stop valve and thread in the new metered flush valve in its place. The valve is factory-set at 3-1/2 seconds and is vandal resistant.
This urinal flush valve features:
- Designed to work with flush pipe systems
- Replaces standard adjustable "trickle valve"
- Vandal resistant handle
- Constructed of sturdy cast brass with a durable chrome plate finish
- Seals and o-rings are EPDM rubber for chlorine and chloramine resistance
- Factory set to approximately 3-1/2 seconds
- 1/2" IPS connections
- Flow rate: .5 gpm
