Q. "Eureka! I finally found a place that looks like they have the perfect designer drain for me...but I'm not sure what size shower drain I have. Can I return it if it doesn't fit?"
A. Certainly you may return the product - it must be in perfect condition with all of its original packaging (please see our Return Policy for further details) - but we will charge a restocking fee on the returned item. To help avoid problems with fit, check out our video on how to properly measure for your new drain cover.
Q. "What does DWV mean?"
A. DWV means drain, waste and vent. DWV pipe can be cast-iron, plastic (sch.40 ABS or PVC), or copper.
Q. "I notice that you offer polished brass, antique brass, and other designer finishes. Are they as durable as chrome?"
A. No, items with chrome finish are less likely to tarnish with proper care.
Q. "How thick are the drain covers that say .075" - .250"?"
A. These drain covers have a thickness that ranges between .075" and .250". This is close to 1/8" thick but this size is not pre-determined, and due to slight natural variances in the casting process will be somewhere between this range after the cover is cast.
