Q. "What is an Ozonator?"
A. An Ozonator creates a colorless gas with a smell similar to open air after a thunderstorm. This created gas has one more oxygen molecule (O3) than normal atmospheric oxygen (O2) and when added to water is more effective at disinfecting bacteria and viruses than chlorination. Ozone oxidation can also reduce concentrations of sulpher, iron, and manganese and reduce taste and odor problems.
