Q. "Eureka! I finally found a place that looks like they have the perfect designer drain for me...but I'm not sure what size shower drain I have. Can I return it if it doesn't fit?"
A. Certainly you may return the product - it must be in perfect condition with all of its original packaging (please see our Return Policy for further details) - but we will charge a restocking fee on the returned item. We strongly recommend you measure the drain you have, including the screw holes from center to center, prior to purchasing as it saves you a lot of time and helps to ensure you're getting the right size.
Q. "How do I clean my new stylish shower drain?"
A. Use a mild detergent such as dishwashing soap or one of our non-abrasive cleaners. Rinse and wipe the drain surface dry. You may gently clear debris in the designs with a soft toothbrush. Do not use abrasive cleaners or those containing ammonia, bleach, or acid as these can ruin the finish.
