Q. "Do these body sprays need a valve?"
A. Yes. You can think of these body sprays kind of like small showerheads mounted to the wall. They are outlets controlled by a separate volume and/or temperature valve; they can't turn on and off all by themselves, but are part of a larger system. We offer volume only controls, thermostatic and pressure balance shower valves that can be used to integrate these body sprays into a shower system. Some people have an in wall diverter connected to their body sprays so they can turn the body sprays on and off separately from the showerhead or other accessories.
