Stainless steel self sustaining check hinges can keep the seat in the up position even at a 45 degree angle. If you let go of the seat cover while trying to close it, the cover will not slam down. These solid plastic seats are made for heavy duty use and resists chips and stains. The plastic hinges are reinforced with stainless steel mounting posts and hinge pins.

The DuraGuard® antimicrobial seat protection (on select seats only) helps inhibit the growth of bacteria, molds, and fungus on the seat to help decrease the breakdown of the plastic. This type of seat protection will not keep the seat clean, but will help inhibit growth of bacteria that can cause stains and odors on the seat.

Concealed check hinges stop these seats from opening any further than 11° beyond the straight vertical lifted position. These seats are made of heavy weight solid plastic with a positive posture contour design. The stainless steel posts are cosmetically covered with solid plastic to match and blend in with the seat

These toilet seats include an integral lift. The round front lift seats with covers are heavy duty solid plastic and come with two large 2" or 3" lift bumpers and two hinges. The elongated front lift seats with a cover are heavy duty solid plastic but include four large 2" or 3" bumpers for added support and two check hinges.

These commercial toilet seats with covers are solid plastic classified as Commercial Heavy Duty in compliance with the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Z124.5 to withstand up to 300 Lb. weight capacity.

These Lift Spacers can provide 4" of additional height above the toilet rim when a toilet seat is installed on top of the lift spacer. The heavy duty hollow core plastic lift is designed to sit between the bowl and the toilet seat (toilet seat sold separately).

A nifty stainless steel bracket with bolts is provided to tighten the lift to the bowl for stability, and allow both the lift and an attached seat to be raised vertically for cleaning purposes. Plenty of space between the bracket and the lift spacer is allowed for easy installation of the seat of your choice.
