Vintage European-Style Exposed Showers
by Sign of the Crab

Many older homes have tub only bathrooms, which aren't very practical in today's busy and water-conscious society. While most people can appreciate a good soak every now and then, the reality for most morning routines is a quick shower. Turn your tub only installation into an elegant and functional shower with these European-style exposed shower sets. Available in a variety of styles (with tub fillers, without tub fillers, with handshowers, etc.) and beautiful designer finishes, you're sure to find something to complement your home. Add to that the convenience and safety of modern thermostatic mixing valves on select models, and you've just enhanced the quality of your bathroom and your life.
Please note: These showers are not WaterSense certified, thus they do not meet state low-flow regulations for customers in Colorado.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. "Is there any special care for increasing the longevity of my shower hose?"
A. Yes. After each use, it is very important that all of the kinks be removed from the hose before setting the handset on the bracket. Kinks left in the hose or any unusual twisting or pulling will eventually cause the hose to crack, unravel and begin to leak.

Q. "What is the supercoat finish?"
A. Supercoat refers to a 2-part epoxy finish that is applied electrostatically and then baked onto the brass. Unlike former days when polished brass required extensive maintenance to avoid tarnishing or dulling of the finish, Supercoat Polished Brass items need fairly little maintenance to retain their beautiful shine. Simply wipe your supercoat polished brass fixtures gently with a soft cloth after each use. Avoid the use of plumber's putty, detergents, or abrasive cleaners as these may cause deterioration of the coating.
