Adjustable Angle Pattern Compression Supply Valves
5/8" O.D. (1/2" Nom.) Copper Sweat x 3/8" O.D. Compression
Up to 5" adjustable extension, includes bell escutcheon
The extension tube must be 3/8" - 1/2" shorter than the 1/2" Nom. copper pipe that gets sweated into the valve. This will allow just enough room for the valve to be sweated to the copper tube. The extension tube will then slide back over and cover the copper tube, from valve to wall/floor. The bell escutcheon will cover and hide the 3/8" -1/2" space at the wall/floor end.

To install: Slide the extension tube over the copper stub out extruding from the wall or floor, pushing it all the way to the wall. Slide the bell escutcheon over the adjustable extension tube. Sweat the valve onto the copper stub out. Slide the extension tube back over the copper tube to hide the copper at the valve end and adjust the bell escutcheon against the wall or floor.
